Rosetti String Quartet October 23, 2011

We proudly join our collaboration with Centrum arts center welcoming the Rosetti String Quartet to Port Townsend. Stay at the Old Consulate and your tickets will be waiting for you upon check-in. On Sunday, October 23rd, at 2pm the Rosetti String Quartet performs at Wheeler Theatre at Fort Worden. This renowned string quartet kicks off Centrum's Chamber Music series.

The Rosetti String Quartet includes Henry Gronnier on violin, Thomas Diener on viola, and Eric Gaenslen on violoncello,joined by Lucinda Carver on piano. The Rossetti String Quartet wasco-founded in 1996 by Gronnier and Diener, and named after 19th century pre-Raphaelite painter Dante Gabriel Rossetti, whose artistic ideals about theuse of color, poetry, and naturalism are embodied in the Quartet’s musicianship. The Rossetti String Quartet has performed for audiences in England, France, Germany, Mexico and the Netherlands.
